Reservations - Terms of Service - Cancellations - Refund Policies
  • The Excursion Confirmation Service provided by Cozumelinsider requires a DEPOSIT PREPAYMENT in advance to confirm / secure space in this excursion for Purchaser.
  • And Balance Due for the excursion will be paid upon arrival directly to PalMar Snorkel Beach Club via CASH ONLY (PESOS OR USD).
  • The Confirmation Service DEPOSIT Prepayment for this excursion will be automatically processed by COZUMELINSIDER or by the Excursion Provider in order to confirm/guarantee space for Purchaser on the requested excursion. However, Purchaser understands that this method of DEPOSIT Prepayment with the Balance Due Upon Arrival is offered as a courtesy to the Purchaser and DOES NOT relieve Purchaser of the liability for payment of the TOTAL AMOUNT DUE for the confirmed spaces secured by COZUMELINSIDER on this excursion for the Purchaser.
  • Advance Cancellations are honored up to 14 days prior to the reserved excursion date. At 14 days outbound, all excursion Confirmation Service Payments become non-refundable. Advance Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing by the Purchaser by replying to the original COZUMELINSIDER email Confirmation sent to Purchaser's email address. If cancellations are not received two (2) weeks or more prior to the reserved excursion date, Purchaser will incur a subsequent charge to their credit card of the Balance Due Upon Arrival for the excursion price in order to complete the Total Amount Due for the excursion which will be charged to the "Excursion Purchaser" credit card provided with the reservation request.
  • Excursion NO SHOWS are not refunded their Confirmation Service DEPOSIT Prepayments under any circumstances AND will automatically incur a subsequent charge to their credit card of the Balance Due Upon Arrival for the excursion price.
  • If excursion participants are arriving via cruise ship and are unable to dock in Cozumel at all on their scheduled itinerary date, the Prepayment for Confirmation Services for excursions confirmed for that date will be refunded provided those affected notify COZUMELINSIDER within 12 days of activity date that a problem occurred. Notification must be in writing via email by replying to the original COZUMELINSIDER email Reservation Confirmation sent to Purchaser's email address. Purchaser must obtain and submit by email (attachment) a letter (with logo) issued by the cruise line confirming the incident. That information will be subject to verification with the cruise line.
  • Cruise passengers incurring an itinerary change while aboard the ship must notify COZUMELINSIDER at least 36 hours prior to their scheduled excursion for re-scheduling. Every attempt will be made to re-schedule excursions for the revised port date PROVIDED CLIENTS CONTACT COZUMELINSIDER as stipulated. Those clients not advising COZUMELINSIDER of a port change will be deemed NO SHOWS on the original port date.
  • Hotel/island guests can re-schedule excursions with 36 hour advance notice on a space available basis only by replying to the original COZUMELINSIDER email Reservation Confirmation sent to Purchaser's email address being sure to include the ORDER number in any message.
  • We cannot accept excursion cancellations or reservation changes from third parties.
  • The Excursion Provider reserves the right to refuse service to anyone who is considered unfit in any way to take to part in their program.
  • In case of an early arrival or late arrival of their cruise ship, confirmed/reserved excursion participants must make their way to the meeting area regardless of times stated in the reservation or call the telephone number provided in the confirmation to contact COZUMELINSIDER or the Excursion Provider concerning tour status.
  • ****NOTE***** Cruise Line Excursion cancellations do NOT reflect our operational capabilities. Cruise Liners can cancel their Excursions but this DOES NOT mean that our excursions of the same type are cancelled. Confirmed/Reserved Excursion Participants should make their way to the excursion meeting area in order to participate and/or to determine if excursions are also cancelled by our Excursion Providers.
