This lovely second floor Cozumel vacation rental apartment has a king size bedroom and ensuite bath with separate living and bedroom areas. This villa is perfect for a couple or a single traveler and comes with a pull out sofabed that accomodates 1 more adult in the living room or 2 small children. The villa has a dining area and full kitchen with built in electric stove top, toaster oven, microwave, refrigerator and bottled water. Decor is tropical, casual & comfortable. Air Conditioning, TV/DVD-Cable, book/DVD library and and hammocks help ensure you relax and enjoy this tropical island living experience! Rinse your dive gear and stow it in the lockers near the pool/spa while you tell "tall tales" of the day's diving!
This vacation rental villa is very spacious and bright with a lovely front veranda that faces the sunrise where guests can sit and enjoy their morning coffee or relax in a hammock and listen to the morning songbirds.
Downstairs there is a garden, lawnchairs, a pool/spa, dive lockers, rinse tank, outdoor shower and hammocks to enjoy. If you are a frequent visitor to the island, moving out of the hotel zone and integrating into the culture is the "next step" to becoming "a local!" Staying at IslaMar gave us a wonderful insight into the culture and daily life of Cozumel. The sounds and smells of the neighborhood became familiar and comforting. We adored Zuri and wish that we could take her home with us. The efforts of the staff were extremely helpful in dealing with a “foreign environment” and were greatly appreciated. We are not ready to leave! Never have we visited such a place. Staying mid-town has been such a privilege. Lisa said it best when describing resort hotels as pretending you are not there. IslaMar Villas has opened up Cozumel to us. The warmth of the people, the AMAZING foods, the idea we can get whatever we need without a car and sometimes just a smile if we've run out of pesos. Our suite was PERFECT, Zuri is on top of everything and happy about it! Mauricio entertained us with his English lessons and stories of home.
