You will pass the Presidente Intercontinental Cozumel Resort & Spa and go another half mile or so to the Dzul Ha Reef beach area.
If you pass the condos on your left or the Fiesta Americana Hotel, you just missed us!

You can't miss it!! I hope to see you there! - Sherri
This tiny little jewel of a place made our trip to Cozumel so memorable and is perfect for a cruise ship passenger. It is a quick and inexpensive taxi-ride from either port used by the cruise ships (10 minutes or less). The stately well-maintained estate, grounds, and pool are gorgeous. Just a few steps away, across the street is the private beach owned by PalMar right on the Dzul Ha reef area. I'm not a diver, but even with just my goggles, I saw dozens of fish within just a few feet of the beach. We booked this an affordable excursion and we got so much more than we expected! We arrived early and sat on the private beach reading and enjoying the view. Very soon, the caretaker came over to invite us in, even though we were early. This sweet gesture typified the excellent service we received throughout our stay.
The entry fee included two drink coupons and we enjoyed diet sodas with a meal of chicken quesadillas, guacamole, pico de gallo, and chips. The fare was simple (as the best food always is) and excellent. We also ordered tasty frozen cocktails (mango margarita and piña colada), and we definitely felt like "spoiled girls" as we swam, relaxed, and enjoyed delicious food with a view of the ocean.
When it was time for us to go, one of the employees hailed a taxi for us and getting back to the cruise port was quick and easy. I am delighted to give the PalMar Small Beach Club five stars for excellent service and a lovely facility. V. Hallenbeck - October 2015 ~ Winston-Salem, NC USA
Last year we visited your Palamar beach club while on a cruise. We felt like we were in a true paradise. We are really into snorkeling so your location is tops on our list. You took the time to talk with us and tell us a bit about your self and the businesses you have. It was very good to meet and talk with you. We felt like we were visiting family and were treated as such. I am pleased to say that we are again coming in on a cruise and can’t wait to return to paradise. I hope you are there so we can stop by and say hi if you are not too busy. T. Lemons ~ Cruise Passenger
Hi Sherri!! We are back home now and just wanted to say thank you for your kind hospitality!! It was my first time snorkeling and I have to say it was the most amazing experience ever!!!! The water there was perfect and the sea life plentiful !!! Thank you so much!!! And would also like to add your staff are amazing!!!!! E. Dennis - September 2015 ~ Galveston, TX USA
LITTLE PARADISE - We arranged a package tour for our large group (14 people) that included an afternoon here (it might have been through the proprietor). Next to a large hotel and a large bar, this is a quiet little oasis. A beautiful pool and shady gardens, with lots of seating are right across the street from the sea. Drinks, delicious food (great guacamole) and very helpful and friendly service. The people were extremely nice helping us into the sea to snorkel. There really isn't a beach here, it is very rocky, so they put out mats to make it easier for us to walk into the water. They stood by and helped us in and out, they even practically carried my 86 year old grandmother in, out, and brought a chair down for her to sit in. Snorkel, mask and flipper rentals are $12 (other places were quoted at $40+). There are some lounge chairs on a sandy area overlooking the sea so those who weren't snorkeling could sit comfortably and watch. The snorkeling was great, lots of sea creatures to admire. Free Wi-Fi. Since it is a small place, none of the cab drivers at the port (we were getting off a cruise ship) knew where it was. Ask for The Money Club and it is just before it, right next door. J. WOW!!!! So glad to have stumbled upon Cozumel Insider and found Sherri and PalMar Small Beach Club. Personable, responsive, tailored, every whim satisfied- from drinks to beach chairs, to the best guacamole ever made, to wonderful conversation with Sherri and staff. This service is simply not found at larger tourist beaches and clubs. We are now loyal guests and will return and return and return. Sherri's story is most intriguing and it was entertaining and awe-inspiring to hear her tell it. Our only regret is that our RC cruise ship was departing and we had to head back to port much sooner than we wanted to. Martin- you are AWESOME! thanks for the photos you emailed and all the coordination leading up to our very short visit. We know you didn't have to do that- but it matters and have made us fans for life. Love you guys! John and Sarah ~ Pennsylvania, USA
