A quick note to say how much our entire family enjoyed the Island Cuisine "Parade of Salsas" cooking class! The recipes were demonstrated and explained well by the instructor and all of the helpful tips provided in the demonstrations have really come in handy now that we are back home and using your cook book. Everything we prepared was delicious and the best part was sharing the salsas afterward as we relaxed by the pool. The class was great and we can't wait to come back and try the Main Course class next time! Thanks again for a great experience for our family. L Byars ~ Dallas TX

Sherri: wanted to let you know what a great time we had at your resort. It was exactly what I was hoping for!
The personal attention was wonderful, as both you and Juan were so friendly and helpful, and we were warmly welcomed as if we were "old" friends. The quaintness of the resort and the private beach were great, and the fish we saw while snorkeling off your beach were better than the ones we saw during an expensive excursion booked thru the cruise ship in Belize!

What a great Experience!!! We booked our excursions through this website with a slight bit of apprehension. We figured it would be safer to book through our cruise ship since this was our first time going to Cozumel. Boy am I so thankful we didn't. Our cruise ship (which we thoroughly enjoyed) had many excursions organized with tons of people in each excursion. By booking through Cozumel Insider we were definitely given smaller groups to be with. We did the Atlantis Submarine excursion that we booked and payed 79 dollars for BOTH my wife and I. It was 89 PER PERSON on our Carnival Cruise ship. We saved almost 100 dollars right there!!! We spent a day @ your club while our ship was in port. What a wise choice ! The snorkeling was fantastic and your club was staffed by the warmest, kindest people that we met in Cozumel. Juan, his father and your other staff made us feel comfortable and welcome . The food was delicious, the drinks great and the prices very reasonable.
