Terms and Conditions for All Above Packages Unless Otherwise Stated:
All Dive Paradise packages include a "Bienvenidos" (welcome) tank for practice shore dive on arrival date.
Any Equipment and/or Park fees when diving are not included and must be paid in Cozumel.
Non-diver accommodations must be shared with diver.
All posted rates in US$ and include the 10% "Mexican Government Tax".
Day dives are "Caribbean" 2-tank boat dives, afternoon dives are single tank boat dives. To convert to 3 tank trips all on the same boat add $30 per day.
The morning dive trips are "Caribbean" style. They utilize a big boat and include a snack, water/soft drinks, use of tanks, weights, belt, and an in-water divemaster. No upgrades are permitted unless space is available. There is an additional US$10 (per trip) surcharge for all upgrades. NOTE: "Express" boats can only accommodate 2 dives per trip because of space limitations therefore the third dive (available on the "Caribbean" trip) is forfeited.
A 25% deposit is required to confirm reservation unless otherwise stated. Full payment 30 days prior to arrival.
There are absolutely NO CHANGES to the packages as shown (other than stated) and no refunds will be granted for unused services.
Promotional packages are not available during certain "blackout" dates - see listing above.
Any cancellations must be made at least 21 days before arrival in high season and 7 days prior to arrival in low season.
For group bookings, each 14th package is complementary. No other "comp" structure is available with these packages. Blackout dates still apply.
Vouchers (from booking agency) for diving services must be presented at Dive Paradise's main store, 602 Melgar Ave., or one of our branches at Barracuda, Hotel Cozumel & Resort or Villablanca Hotels at least 12 hours prior to commencement of services.

My husband and I lived in Cozumel for just over 6 months and completly LOVED it! We spent most of our time on the other side of the Island where it is just a completely different world. I highly recommend Cozumel to anyone travelling to the Mayan Riviera. I know so many people who go to Cancun, but have never been to Cozumel even though it is only about 40 minutes away! Hello, I want to let you know that I visit your website all the time! I love it, so much information. I used you as a resource when I came to Cozumel for the first time about 2 years ago. Although my soon-to-be wife was there before, I needed to do some of my own homework. As for her, she and I will be getting married on June 22 at Hotel Cozumel and we are both really excited about it. Hello Sherri ~ I met you back in 2001 (12 years ago!) when my husband and I along with another couple were involved in a wreck and you were behind us and helped us out as to our rights in the matter. A motorcycle ran into the side of us pretty bad if you recall. I believe you said you lived in Addison, Texas like us. I have booked a trip and will be in Cozumel next Tuesday. Any recommendation on vehicle rental you can suggest for me? LATER: My date and I had a blast in Cozumel. He loved the island. It was a very short trip. I am including a photo of us on the cruise. It is very cold here, it snowed last night. Welcome home to us right?! Just wanted to send an email thanking you for making our experience the best ever in sunny Cozumel. We wanted to let you know that the day we spent at your PalMar Beach Club we had your homemade tamales, (which are my favorite, by the way!) and they were excellent. Also we think that you have very good employees, Juan (there at the beach club/your house) we especially appreciated him, he treated us very well and we just wanted you to know that. Thanks again for the ride to the ferry, we made the 10:00! Also we were very thankful for your advice to stay there in Playa. We were able to get a room and just enjoy our last day on the beach which is what I really wanted. We were within walking distance from the bus that took us to the airport the next morning so it was all very convenient.
