Terms and Conditions for All Above Packages Unless Otherwise Stated:
All Dive Paradise packages include a "Bienvenidos" (welcome) tank for practice shore dive on arrival date.
Any Equipment and/or Park fees when diving are not included and must be paid in Cozumel.
Non-diver accommodations must be shared with diver.
All posted rates in US$ and include the 10% "Mexican Government Tax".
Day dives are "Caribbean" 2-tank boat dives, afternoon dives are single tank boat dives. To convert to 3 tank trips all on the same boat add $30 per day.
The morning dive trips are "Caribbean" style. They utilize a big boat and include a snack, water/soft drinks, use of tanks, weights, belt, and an in-water divemaster. No upgrades are permitted unless space is available. There is an additional US$10 (per trip) surcharge for all upgrades. NOTE: "Express" boats can only accommodate 2 dives per trip because of space limitations therefore the third dive (available on the "Caribbean" trip) is forfeited.
A 25% deposit is required to confirm reservation unless otherwise stated. Full payment 30 days prior to arrival.
There are absolutely NO CHANGES to the packages as shown (other than stated) and no refunds will be granted for unused services.
Promotional packages are not available during certain "blackout" dates - see listing above.
Any cancellations must be made at least 21 days before arrival in high season and 7 days prior to arrival in low season.
For group bookings, each 14th package is complementary. No other "comp" structure is available with these packages. Blackout dates still apply.
Vouchers (from booking agency) for diving services must be presented at Dive Paradise's main store, 602 Melgar Ave., or one of our branches at Barracuda, Hotel Cozumel & Resort or Villablanca Hotels at least 12 hours prior to commencement of services.

I just wanted to let you know we really enjoyed our experience with the turtle salvation program this week. It was an amazing evening I will never forget. I will be sure to share the info with my local dive shops and SCUBA club when I return. I know that many others would love to participate and support the turtles. What a great Experience!!! We booked our excursions through this website with a slight bit of apprehension. We figured it would be safer to book through our cruise ship since this was our first time going to Cozumel. Boy am I so thankful we didn't. Our cruise ship (which we thoroughly enjoyed) had many excursions organized with tons of people in each excursion. By booking through INSIDER we were definitely given smaller groups to be with. We did the Atlantis Submarine excursion and we saved almost 100 dollars right there!!! We also booked a Resort Scuba with Eagle Ray Divers. We had 1-on-1 attention with Antonio (the owner), our own boat to go out on, and got personalized attention with the lesson/dive. I know if we had booked on the cruise ship there probably would've been many other people ...
Also, we originally booked a car rental for that Saturday morning. Jacqueline @ Cozumel Insider, called us at home prior to our cruise to inform us of some minor scheduling changes. She then suggested that the rental car may not be neccessary due to our number of excursions and our limited time. Due to her advice we cancelled our car rental which was the wise thing to do. This shows that this company has a lot of integrity and is not out there just to make a buck on the unsuspecting tourist. Next year we will definitely book through Cozumel Insider, we will recommend this company to all our friends, and we plan on booking with Antonio for more scuba next time!!!! Hello, I want to let you know that I visit your website all the time! I love it, so much information. I used you as a resource when I came to Cozumel for the first time about 2 years ago. Although my soon-to-be wife was there before, I needed to do some of my own homework. As for her, she and I will be getting married on June 22 at Hotel Cozumel and we are both really excited about it.
